We also want you to receive your product in the shortest possible time so you can begin to enjoy it. We process all orders Monday through Friday and you can expect delivery 7 working days after you placed you order with us.

If you provide incorrect shipping details your product will be returned to The Dietrich Collection. The cost to re-ship your item will be covered by you the customer.
We put time and effort into packaging your products so they arrive to you safely. If however your goods sadly arrive damaged or there is something missing we will aim to replace them as soon as we receive the goods to The Dietrich Collection warehouse, 3 Dindima Place Bangor 2234. If returned goods get lost or stolen in transit we cannot take any responsibility for this.
At this time we only ship within Australia.
We hope you enjoy all of our products. However if you are unhappy or the item is not as you expected you are able to return the product to us. We will issue you with a refund or exchange. We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. We do not accept returns on sale or reduced items. Products must be in their original condition in order for returns to be accepted.
